Description: Vintage Unused ERTE Claudette Paper Doll Color Fashion Page, Susan Johnson Click images to enlarge Description VINTAGE ERTE UNUSED PAPER DOLL FASHION PAGE Lovely vintage color stock paper printed paper fashion doll page measuring 12-1/4" tall by 9" wide. Featuring the model CLAUDETTE with a variety of Art Deco inspired outfits including gown, dresses and costs, the page bears a hand written notation on the outside of the cellophane wrapper stating that these were from the 1919-1936 Harper's Bazar by artist Erte, and rendered by Susan Johnson with specific instructions from the artist - I believe Johnson's booklet was produced in the mid-1970s. Condition is very nice with no tears, holes, writing, discoloration, toning or damage -- there may be a dot or compression mark on the exterior edge from storage -- always planned on framing this in an open back frame so that both sides could be viewed - never got around to it.
