Description: Vintage 50s Party or Day Dress Cotton Swing Polka Dot Full Skirt Side Zip We love these 1950s dresses with their fitted bodices and full skirts! This pretty dress is made from a navy cotton fabric with polka dots in shades of purple, blue, and white. It has a very wide neckline and the shoulders are trimmed in velvet with small, glittery beads, giving it just the perfect flair for your next special event. This dress fastens on the side with a vintage Fashion zipper. There is no label, so we believe it was made by a home seamstress. *Note: We've photographed this dress with one of our petticoats under the skirt, however the petticoat is not included. Condition - There are a few issues to note. 1) one of the pleats needs to be sewn back down; 2) there's some white residue on the inside of the pit area that doesn't show through to the outside of the material; 3) there are 3 small holes on the side of the dress near the waist.
