Description: Up for auction is a vintage 1950's estate find Hastings Piston Rings shop wall clock, measuring 16" in diameter and 4" deep. Clock lights up and runs when plugged in, but I'm uncertain if if will keep accurate time. There is some moderate flaking of the white background, most evident between 7 and 6, 6 and 5, and 5 and 4 o'clock. This piece definitely needs to be handled with care so that further erosion of the background does not occur. Light bulbs have been replaced and clock lights up as it should. The galvanized bevel ring has some surface rust as well as the back door, which ads to a patina look or it could be removed by the new owner. Shipping to run $45.00 and in clock will be expertly bubble wrapped and floated in between popcorn packing material to ensure its safe arrival.
