Description: REDWINEANDFRIENDS Spectacular vintage 1960's movie costume from the epic and notorious CLEOPATRA starring Elizabeth Taylor. Beautifully made for the attendant of the Queen. Notably sheer and very much a problem on the set because the men would bother the actresses wearing such a sexy outfit. It is made by the Western Costume co which has a rich history of its own. A gorgeous ultra sheer double tissue silk in olive green hue with expertly Gold beaded details. Plunging neckline and high side slits. It's divine. I received this costume and another of which was one of the hundreds of costumes made for Ms Taylor for the movie, from my Hollywood starlet twins- Fran and Dran. They were given to the girls by Elizabeth. The Elizabeth Taylor dress has been sold.
