Description: I painted this for my grandfather “Papa”, back in the early 70’s in my ceramic studio. Signed, dated by me at that time. This is a cute fly fisherman with his tiny catch of the day! Made of ceramic, glazed on the inside and some highlights were glazed to allow 18k. Gold to be fired on it. His hat is the decanter top and also glazed on the inside, and cork glued to the outside to allow for air tightness to keep your beverage fresh. On the base where the signature and holiday wishes are, If you didn’t want to see that, may I suggest glueing cork to the bottom. Condition is like new, no chips, cracks, or damage.
