Description: Vintage Belgique 11" Skillet - 3" Deep with Helper Handle and Vented Lid. This pan is vintage Belgique from before they were purchased by Tools of the Trade and began being made in China. It is in very good pre-owned condition. Very clean and shiny. Sits flat with no wobble. The interior bottom shows some utensil marks. The exterior bottom shows signs of light use. The vented lid has a couple of very small dings, see last photo. The helper handle makes for ease of use. This pan is ideal for searing on the stove and then moving into the oven. Because it is deep, this 11" skillet is also the perfect fry-pan for batches of chicken (or anything else) on the stove top.
