Description: Beautiful hand painted antique fan, circa early 1900s.The painted design is of people wearing kimonos with trees, pagodas, and a pond. Very deep vibrant colors.The sandalwood guards are delicate and hand carved.The end pieces are bamboo. There are some perforations in the paper near some of the guards, these are shown in photos here. Not other problems. All the wood is intact and unbroken.12" long, 21" across when open.It is sturdy for its age.Please check all photos and descriptions carefully, and please contact me with questions.
