Description: It's nice to have an 8 hole pencil sharpener, even if you think you're only going to use one of the holes! Who knows what dull old pencil you'll run across--not to put too fine a point on it! Offered here is a vintage Boston Model KS manual 8 hole pencil sharpener, for desk or wall mounting, in chrome and putty-bronze finish. Sharpener was made by Hunt Manufacturing Company in Statesville, NC, USA. It features a plastic knob on its hand crank, with the whole of it on a 3 hole metal base (see photos). Chrome body is smooth and undented, but the mount shows some rubs and dings to the finish. One may also perhaps observe some ghosting or thinning of the chrome plating, but no rust is to be seen. Sharpener is clean inside and out, works well, and comes with 2 small Phillips head mounting screws. (Make indentations or very small diameter pilot holes before starting the screws in; the mount would accept a third screw if you think it necessary.) Please see all 12 photos, using zoom magnification as necessary to see details, as the photos show the condition and otherwise complete the description of this pencil sharpener. To be shipped inexpensively by trackable USPS ground advantage mail.
