No, I can't, unless there are unusual circumstances. The fact that ebay/paypal takes 16% of what you pay me for shipping does not help that equation. I prefer to ship USPS. I can ship UPS, but it is not my preference, so if you want that service please request it and I will send an invoice showing the correct shipping amount. I can't ship FedEx. I live in a rural area that Fed Ex does not service. For international shipments, I will only use USPS. The hoops UPS makes me jump through as an international shipper are just too complicated and time consuming. I use almost exclusively recycled packaging to keep your shipping/handling costs down. I pack thoroughly, and I don't have many damaged shipments. It does happen occasionally, though, and in those cases I will make it right. If you (the buyer) want insurance or alternate shipping, we can work it out prior to payment. I will ship within 3 business days after receiving payment. International credit card payments are subject to PayPal regulations. I am conscientious about shipping to my buyers in the most efficient and inexpensive way, and often give a partial refund on shipping cost if it turns out to be significantly less than what was quoted.
