It's been sitting on our drawer untouched/unused; however, I dust it weekly.It's essentially new other than those one or two times we turned it on when we first got it, but it did arrive (shipped to us) with a couple small dents on the shade; however, the dents are small/negligible enough that we didn't bother to file a complaint with West Elm, especially because we could just spin the shade so that the dents are facing the wall and not us. You could barely make out the dents in one of the photos I took where I'm pointing to them 🤘🏽 I'm open to shipping for the right buyer. If you're that interested, don't hesitate to message me!
