Description: Here you are looking at a very rare estate find. It is an EXTREMELY hard to find Toby Jug made by Wilkinson Ltd England in 1915. This particular Toby is one of a set of 11 designed by Francis Carruthers Gould. Out of the 11 made, this may be the best and rarest! He is Admiral Jellicoe and is sitting and holding a jug that reads "Hell Fire Jack". On the base are the initials of the designer, FCG". The bottom has the Royal Staffordshire Pottery mark as well as Wilkinson Ltd England. Also it is marked "Rgd no 644985". Also it is signed F Carruthers Gould and bears the mark of Soane & Smith, where it was sold. This amazing find measures 10 inches tall and is in excellent condition!
