Description: Woodblock Print: Chion-in Temple Gate by Hiroshi Yoshida - This is a new giclee art print produced on archival matte paper with premium ink for brilliant color reproduction and longevity. The print uses acid-free 230gsm (10 mil thick) archival matte paper and pigment inks. This woodblock print is professionally framed. The frame is made of Mahogany wood (7/8" or 22mm depth). The picture is 9 5/8" (247mm) x 15 1/4" (387mm). The framed picture is 16 1/16" (408mm) x 21 9/16" (548mm). The picture glass is Tru Vue Conservation Grade with 99% UV protection. This print is a reproduction Shin Hanga, one of the "Eight Scenes of Cherry Blossoms" series originally created in 1935 in Japan by Hiroshi Yoshida. I just had this art print framed a few months ago, and am selling it because I ended up buying an original antique print of the same picture. (This print which I'm selling here actually looks nicer and more vivid than the antique I bought, but I'm keeping the antique as a collectors' item.) The deep reddish-brown of the wood frame blends very nicely with the picture, and I was really pleased with how it turned out. Thank you for taking a look at this listing!
