The frame is made of a non-magnetic metal and the clutches are made of steel with a goldtone finish. The frame has a piece of plastic in front and a solid back that completely encase the ribbon. The solid back is an interesting PUC variation. There is no manufacturer name on the frame. The clutches have no cleats and no markings. This pin is in very good condition. The metal frame is undamaged. The plastic covering has a few light scratches. There is some light rust on the clutches and the goldtone finish on one is worn. The clutches work properly.
