Description: WW2 A-2 style leather flight / bomber jacket with hand painted nose art, mission marks, 13th AF patch and hand sewn 370th Bomb Squadron patch. I did all of this work myself and it took quite some time. I used Angelus leather paints which are virtually indestructable. I sewed the patch together using pieces of felt, as many WW2 patches were made this way. The 370th Bomb Squadron flew B-24 Liberator bombers with the 13th Air Force in the Pacific Theater and were known as the "Long Rangers". I named the bomber "Sweetheart of The Rodeo" and based the artwork off of a WW2 era Vargas pinup. The jacket is a 1980’s - 1990’s vintage Global Identity G-111 jacket. The leather is good quality and there are no significant flaws. If you're looking for a unique recreation of a wartime jacket I am 100% positive that you'll be 110% satisfied with this one. Certainly a unique addition to any collection. Please review all photos in detail and ask any questions that you may have prior to purchase. Thanks!!CLOTHING AND FABRIC ITEMS: All clothing and fabric items have been steam cleaned and/or washed per eBay standards.
