Description: This is the famous ylang ylang used in perfumes and other essence-based products. The scent of these flowers is incredibly strong and unmistakable when in season. These young seedlings can be potted up to 3 gal pots immediately and will grow quickly to small trees that can go into the ground next season. They flower quickly within 2-3 years, and can become huge in the ground in tropical environments, with an ideal growth rate of 5-10ft/year. However, they train well in pots, and can be kept as a small tree indoors that will still produce flowers. Planted outdoors in zones 10-11. These trees are intolerant of cold weather and prefer humidity. We cannot ship right now if you're in colder states, but if you'd like to buy one now, we'd be happy to keep it in our greenhouse until we can ship it to you in the warmer spring.
